Discussions on Iraq's Gas and Oil
During this visit, Al-Zaydi also met with officials from TotalEnergies and discussed the company's strategic projects in Iraq, particularly in the gas and oil sector. According to a statement from Al-Zaydi's information office, these discussions focused on the Iraqi government's plans to increase oil and gas production and achieve self-sufficiency in this area.

Iraq aims to increase its daily oil production to 10 million barrels per day, and in this regard, Al-Zaydi emphasized the importance of foreign investments, especially from French companies.
