Russia has recently launched new airstrikes on Ukrainian cities, particularly Kyiv and Kharkiv. In these attacks, two people have died in the city of Balakliia located in Kharkiv. Vitaly Karabanov, the head of the military administration of Balakliia, announced in a message on Telegram: "Unfortunately, the consequences of this horrific attack are severe. Initial reports indicate that two people have lost their lives in this attack. I express my deepest condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims." Frequent Attacks on Kyiv and Odesa
Additionally, more attacks have occurred in Kyiv on Friday night. Ukrainian media report that the city has been targeted by ballistic missiles. Vitaly Klitschko, the mayor of Kyiv, warned in a message on Telegram at 19:32 local time (18:32 Central European Time) about these attacks, writing: "Air defense forces are active in the capital. Kyiv is under ballistic attack. Stay in shelters!" On the other hand, Odesa has also witnessed frequent attacks, being targeted twice in a short period. As a result of these attacks, 10 people have been injured.

Attacks on Nuclear Infrastructure in Russia
While the situation in Ukraine is extremely concerning, a drone early on Thursday damaged a cooling tower at the Kursk nuclear power plant in Russia. The International Atomic Energy Agency announced on Friday that it is aware of this attack and emphasized that the plant was operational at the time of the incident, but no fire occurred and operations continued. Rafael Grossi, the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency, warned of further attacks near nuclear infrastructure and stressed the need for "maximum military caution to prevent the risk of nuclear incidents." These warnings come amid rising concerns about the safety of nuclear facilities in the region.
As a result of these events, the security situation in Europe has been affected, and concerns about the humanitarian and economic repercussions of these attacks have significantly increased.
